PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Worked with one well renown organization in Ramallah on their expansion plans to a neighbouring countries. We completed a risk assessment and risk mitigation plan and completed all project goals within the time frame given while coordinating all aspects of the projects.
SUPPLY CHAIN & LOGISTICS
With the ongoing geopolitical chaos in the region we we approached by an organization to negotiate freight charges on their behalf on good faith. We delivered on our promise and had all goods delivered through Egypt and Jordan to the main ports at a rate lower than the going market rate and for a faster delivery.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
A client of ours approached us for help on business strategy and sustainability hurdles. Our strategy director in the states completed a strategy plan for three years and how to navigate the current world issues effectively while assuring production and put a three-phase implantation plan. Phase one is about to be completed and all parties involved are happy with the results.
FINANCIAL AUDITING & PROCUREMENT
An organization needed help on project cost vendor estimates and cost control. At Keystone Consulting we assigned two local consultants to act on behalf of the organization in product cost negotiations and we managed to deliver the same project results within the set boundaries for a little less than expected and have been working together on different project since.
